Bilhetes à vendaThe Wind Quintet joins the flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon and horn. Like the String Quartet, it was consolidated as a chamber ensemble in the 18th century and has since become commonplace in many different eras and cultures. As a result, it has an extraordinary range of repertoire, not only in terms of length and diversity, but also in terms of quality. In this programme, the Metropolitana Soloists bring to the stage quintets by Portuguese and Brazilian composers from 1956 to 2000.
