Bilhetes à vendaA fearless little boy called Peter and a ravenous wolf who ends up falling into a trap. This story also features a grandfather, a bird, a cat, a duck and a group of hunters. Each of the characters is represented by the sound of different instruments in the orchestra. Since 1936, when Prokofiev premiered this work in a Moscow theatre, many generations of children around the world have learnt to identify the violin, the flute, the clarinet, the oboe, the bassoon, the horn, the timpani and the bass drum through it. As this is all about ‘Listening Twice’, the Metropolitana and the Atomic Ant set out to play and repeat the music. However, the second time round, ‘the story is quite different’.
