António Saiote is the figure who most contributed to transform the panorama of clarinet teaching in Portugal in recent decades. But above all he is a great musician, someone who faces his art with a broad vision, including technical, aesthetic, social, historical … Music is for him a way of being in life and, as such, the ideal subject for a good conversation. In this sense, he brings to this concert a very special guest, Ludwig van Beethoven. As a conductor, he will conduct pages chosen with criteria, culminating in the famous Symphony of Destiny. In between, he talks to us about Music, in the first person.
