Jérôme was born in Bordeaux in 1971. He was awarded the Medal of Honour of the City of Bordeaux at the Bordeaux National Conservatory.

At the Royal Academy of Music in London he studied with Richard Watkins and Michael Thompson and obtained his diploma.

His professional experiences with the natural horn have led him to play with the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, King’s Consort, Hanover Band, La Chapelle Royale, Glyndbourne Festival, Mahler Chamber Orchestra, among others.

He is currently 2nd Horn of the Orquestra Metropolitana de Lisboa.
