Bilhetes à vendaCarnival is ritual, inversion, fun… it’s a party. And where there’s a party there’s music! That’s why the musicians of the Orquestra Metropolitana de Lisboa always dress up on Fat Sunday to perform some of the most ear-catching pieces in the symphonic repertoire. The tuxedos stay at home. Or maybe not – who knows? Colorful wigs, large glasses, feathers and streamers, horns and mother-in-law’s tongues may also appear on stage. Bring masks, friends, the whole family and 750 grams of laughter. Together, let’s wish maestro Cláudio Ferreira the best of luck in his noble mission to conduct the most surprising concert of the season.
