They are very young, but the demanding repertoire they play shows the level of musical training they have reached.

Based at the Metropolitana’s Professional School, the Classical Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Reinaldo Guerreiro, allows the instrumentalists the essential ensemble practice for their musical development.

The ensemble, born in the 2012-13 school year, started right away to develop a specific work scheme, with weekly rehearsals and programs to be publicly presented.
