As the anchor of the training provided at the Academia Nacional Superior de Orquestra (ANSO), the Orquestra Académica Metropolitana (OAM) expanded its pedagogical offer in the 2022/2023 academic year. The emergence of three new large ensembles (Brass Ensemble, Wind Octet and String Camerata) with their own season, supervised by the artistic director of the OAM, Jean-Marc Burfin, and with the technical and musical guidance of a specialist teacher, is an added value in the diversification of artistic practices in the students’ curriculum and a reinforcement of the importance of the practical dimension of collaborative music in the ANSO degree programme.
