Márcia Vieira, an Artist Coach and pianist, is dedicated to both human and musical development. Born in Lisbon (1986), she began her studies at the Conservatório Nacional and earned her degree in Piano from ESMAE, in Porto. She completed a Master’s in Music Teaching at the Universidade Católica das Artes do Porto, specialising in instrumental and vocal practice. She furthered her expertise through certifications in Professional Coaching and the LASEr Method, focusing on emotional and behavioural management for musicians. She also attended international training programmes, including the Émile Jaques-Dalcroze Summer Course in Rhythmics in Barcelona, and studied Montessori pedagogy, conscious parenting, among other fields.
She has worked as a piano teacher and accompanist in institutions such as the Academia de Música de Lisboa, AMAC, and the Academia de Música de Castelo de Paiva, among others. Since 2009, she has also worked as a voice actor for animated films. Throughout her education, she participated in masterclasses with renowned pedagogues and was a member of the band We Buffalo as a keyboardist and vocalist, contributing to the recording of EPs and albums.
Currently, she supports artists and performers in managing anxiety, setting goals, and achieving balance between personal and professional life. Her work fosters confidence, excellence, and a safe space for artistic and emotional growth, helping artists overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
